With Pinnacle Fitness and Health you can enjoy the same dedication and personal approach as an Olympic medalist at an affordable price.  At Pinnacle we work with everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals and whether you want to make a lifestyle change, get in to shape or build muscle a personal trainer can be the motivating force that gets you there.

All our clients benefit from our ‘lifestyle’ approach to your health and fitness. We start with a personal consultation listening to your likes and dislikes, goals and how we can help you achieve them.  Following your consultation we assess your personal health, including body weight, body fat and blood pressure readings, alongside a fitness test to assess your current abilities, and a head to toe analysis of your posture by one of our experienced Osteopath’s. 

We then begin to develop your bespoke personal training plan including diet and nutritional advice to complement your lifestyle and help maximise your results both with you trainer and in your own time.   Your programme will be specific to your wants and needs, progressive and challenging, utilising many different training techniques in order to keep your sessions varied, interesting and motivating.  Sessions can be carried out at your convenience, in the comfort of your own home, in our private studios or at a local park of your choice. We bring the gym and the power to achieve to you!
