Post Massage Marathon Advice

For those who are running the marathon don’t forget to get a light massage straight after the race. This will help reduce the build up of lactic acid and help to avoid muscular pain. We advise anyone who is running the London marathon to wait at least 48 hours after your event before looking to have a full sports massage. This will allow your body and specifically your muscles time to recover from any residual soreness and provide any symptoms of acute injury time to settle.
